Our 39 m² vacation apartment for 2 people features a spacious living/sleeping area with satellite TV, a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a balcony with a view of the surrounding area. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Included in the price are an open garage for your vehicle as well as high-quality table linens and bed linens. You’ll also receive discounted admission to the nearby Olympic Indoor Swimming Pool.

On the first floor of our building, you’ll find two comfortable vacation apartments with sun-drenched rooms, tasteful furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious apartments, measuring 35 m² and 48 m² respectively, can accommodate 2 people. Each apartment features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a flat-screen satellite TV, a radio, a hair dryer, table linens and bed linens, and free Wi-Fi access. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a crib and high chair.
As a guest of our house, covered parking spaces are available to you.
A large, colorful flower garden surrounds our house, lovingly tended by your hosts. Behind the house, a fragrant flower meadow invites you to take leisurely walks up the Geigenbühel, which is used as a ski slope in winter. The ideal location even allows you to walk—with your skis strapped on—to the Seefeld Ski School’s meeting point or to the Geigenbühel ski lift.
The free ski and village bus, with a stop just a few meters away, takes you comfortably to the more challenging ski slopes of the Rosshütte mountain railways, the Gschwandtkopf lifts, or the starting point of the cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can explore wonderful hiking and biking trails right from our guesthouse.
