Following a comprehensive renovation in the spring of 2024, it now shines in a modern country-style design. With approximately 40 m², it features one bedroom with a double bed and a second with a bunk bed. The living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, invites you to relax. Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The highlight is the spacious south-facing balcony. Amenities: dishwasher, Nespresso machine, 2 smart TVs, Wi-Fi. Pets welcome!

Naturally beautiful… That’s how the idyllic mountain landscape surrounding our Landhaus Waidmannsheil—and each of our 7 cozy vacation apartments—presents itself. All apartments were renovated in the spring of 2024 and now feature a modern country-house charm.
We offer 7 vacation apartments in 4 categories:
- 2x 35 m² with 1 bedroom
- 2x 40 m² with 2 bedrooms
- 2x 70 m² with 2 bedrooms
- 1 unit, 100 m², with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Each vacation rental is fully equipped and features a balcony, making it perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends in an intimate setting. Pets are welcome here. We also offer an on-site dog grooming salon: PawLuxe Grooming by Silke.
The free parking lot offers plenty of spaces. In the summer, you can relax on our approximately 100 m² lawn right next to the house on one of the comfortable lounge chairs or plan a barbecue evening. Your children will love our playground. The Seefeld pedestrian zone is just a 2-minute walk away. The trailheads for walking and hiking trails, as well as other recreational facilities, are within a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, the train station, regional bus stops, and the free Seefeld shuttle service are all located in the immediate vicinity. In winter, you can also quickly reach Seefeld’s delightful ski slopes via the free ski buses. Meanwhile, you can easily store your skis in our ski storage room.
