You’ll also find coffee and tea-making facilities, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing morning or evening at home. There is also a utility room with a washing machine available for guest use.
Step outside to a large, private deck with outdoor furniture - a peaceful spot to enjoy a coffee, read a book, or dine al fresco during warmer months.
This is a peaceful residential property, so please note that parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 9am to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests and neighbours.
This lovely flat is just a short stroll from Bristol’s harbourside, Clifton Suspension Bridge, and the vibrant city centre. However, this means some traffic noise is to be expected. We have installed triple-glazed windows to make the property as quiet as possible!
The heating is on from 1st October - it won't be on during the summer months to save energy! An office desk can be set up on request - just let us know!
