This is our latest listing with rentals starting October 1 2025. As Premier Partners we strive to provide a seamless and relaxing experience for each of our guests. You will be met by our property manager, Nuit, upon arrival she will escort you into the resort and show you around. Prior to your arrival, feel free to reach out with any questions on the different ways to travel to the condo. Our other locations in Nice France, Breckenridge CO, and Jaco Costa Rica are available for your enjoyment feel free to look at the pictures and reviews on those locations as a testimony to the high standard we provide at each of our locations.
This condo and building are brand new which is why there are no reviews, we are offering a discounted rate on the initial reservations as a "thank you" for visiting our property. We are "Premier Partners" and "Super Hosts" so you can rest assured you will be in good hands during your stay.
Welcome to this fantastic 3-bedroom condo where guests can unwind in style. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, everyone will have a nice place to rest. The 4 bathrooms, equipped with showers and hair dryers, ensure a comfortable stay.

A serene retreat awaits with 3 beautifully appointed Ensuite bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom features a King size bed and an extra large closet with views of the Puerto Vallarta Shoreline. The 2nd bedroom also features a King size bed and the 3rd bedroom features a queen and twin bed with large armoire. An oversized sofa serves as the sleeping area for the 8th person. Each room features high-quality bedding, ensuring you enjoy a restful night’s sleep. For those with little ones we even provide a pack and play.
You will find everything you need to stay refreshed and feel rejuvenated in each of our 4 bathrooms. The spacious bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, a large mirror and ample storage for your belongings. Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash is provided in each bathroom.
Indulge in our crafted premium services to help you feel like a local the moment you arrive. Our condo is a short 15min drive from the airport. Note: if you want to save money and take an Uber you will need to be picked up off the airport property. We can assist with those instructions.

Host excellent. Unit Excellent. Communication Excellent. Elevator was an issue. Food a challenge. Longer stay would probably not be issue.

Both the owner and the host were amazing and I feel provided 100% satisfaction! They were great at communicating, and offered spectacular follow up, The unit is amazing. The view is spectacular. Thank you, Richard and Nuit.

This property is just as listed. Its on the 24th floor, we saw whales daily from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms all have theor own bathroom. It was a huuuge benefit to having 2 teens with us. The entire unit is clean and beautiful. It is on a old cobbled road thats been washed away but it doesnt effect ubers getting to you or walking anywhere. It was absolutely perfect. The host was so kind and helpful. Absolutely perfect luxury place!
