About this villa rental
4 bedrooms house ideal for relaxation & privacy, 2 rooms with Queen size, 1 with 2 single beds and the master room with king size, private swimming pool, interior & exteriors garden with lights , fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, big living room and dinning room area, cinema room, 3 terraces, near everything! bars, restaurants, clubs, shopping center, grocery shopping , farmer's market, private & public hospitals, parks. by car is 5 min from the beach, 5 min from Marina Vallarta, 5 min from the airport... We love to bike around the river which is 5 min away, walk around the area and experiment the local life, local stores and local food around, if you like to walk and take public transportation is just about 5 blocks walk for the nearest bus or 3 blocks from the taxi station, grocery shopping is just really fun at the farmer's market, take a walk there and shop fresh fruit and vegetables, meat & fish! always ask for the catch of the day, you can also enjoy mexican dishes in the market in those little fondas or restaurants that people serve.
going back to the house, you can have a nice steak in the bbq area, or just swim in the pool. The house by night looks even nicer when lights are on in the gardens or the pool, surrounded by palm trees and olive trees, the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, the street is private which means nobody else beside the only people that lives there enter to that area, a few foreigners lives in their own houses there during the whole year, others just stay there for the hight season and then go back to their countries. I guaranty you will really love Casa Olivos and the area. CASA OLIVOS IS ALSO FOR A YEARLY LEASE!

This villa is truly a five star accommodation. Many times the place you chose to rent is not all that it appears to be in the photos and descriptions on the website and you have some disappointments. Not will this unit. It is everything depicted in the photos and descriptions. A wonderful place ideally suited for 6 to 8 guests.
First, the location is great. The villa is located in a quiet residential area. No barking dogs, no clucking chickens, no loud neighbors. A very short walk to a convenience store, bakery, location market and local eateries. A short walk to Walmart for everything possible and if you do not want to walk home with bags of groceries a cab ride is only 50- to 60 pescos. You are a comfortable walk to the beach and reasonably priced and readily available cabs to restaurants and the beach at the Malacon.
The villa is very spacious to say the least. It has in effect two separate living rooms, nice sized bedrooms (the master bedroom is huge). The beds are comfortable. There is a large indoor dining area and nice outside eating area. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. The unit is very clean.
There is a massage room and we took advantage of having some very good massages on the premises at really good prices. We also took advantage of having two cooks come in and cook us a nice traditional Mexican dinner.
There is a good sized secluded grass yard, surrounding by nice greenery. The pool is clean and kept at a good temperature.
Last, but not least, Brenda is a very good host and will look after you.
One tip. We booked a transfer service to take us in a van from the airport to the villa that stopped at our request to pick up some groceries. Good idea. However we also booked the return to the airport but this was unnecessary. We could have taken a cab back to the airport at a fraction of the cost of the van.
Our family of 8 had a wonderful Christmas staying here.
