About this house rental
This property offers the perfect setting for relaxation and an active vacation.
This family-friendly home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Göhren Lebbin, right next to the golf course.
Outside, there is an outdoor hot tub that can be heated up to 38 degrees, ensuring that all your wellness and relaxation needs are met even in winter; on the terrace, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or round off your evening with a barbecue. On the first floor, there is a large, cozy living/dining area with a dining table, seating area, gas fireplace, radio, and satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and much more. There is a bathroom equipped with a toilet, sauna, and shower. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV, as well as a bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds—often used by the children—and it also has a TV. We’ve put together a selection of DVDs, games, and books (including children’s books) for your stay.
The nearest swimming spot with a playground is about 1 km away. The bus stop is located directly across from the house, where you can take the shuttle bus to the beach or into town. The living and usable area of the vacation home is 120 square meters.
On the property, you’ll find your own parking area with space for 3 vehicles, as well as a shed for bikes or golf equipment.
Bedding and towels can be booked directly through the owner. Dogs are also welcome upon request!
