Located on a beautiful intercostal water way and just a short 10 minute walk to the Beach, this delightful townhome offers a peaceful retreat for up to 6 adults and 4 kids easily. 3 spacious bedrooms 2 equipped with King beds and one with a queen bed, and twin trundle bed. The Master bedroom with on suite bathroom equipped with large shower, and 2 closet has a wonderful view of the intercostal and private outdoor deck. Second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and is also an on suite with private shower and jetted spa tub with a beautiful view of the intercostal and with large closet. The third bedroom with a King size bed and twin trundle bed is located on the main floor and views of the intercostal and within steps of 3rd full bathroom equipped with shower/tub . The Kitchen with large countertop is equipped with everything you need for making your favorite dishes and meals. The living room located on the main level with deck and sliding doors makes for a beautiful view of the intercostal and pool so you can watch your favorite shows or the boats on the intercostal go by. Start your vacation poolside, or take a quick 10 minute walk to miles of white sand beach and beautiful sunsets on the Gulf waters.We have a beach wagon packed with chairs, Umbrella towels and toys for your quick walk to the beach. “Don’t worry about dinner tonight” Salt Rock restaurant with fine dining is the finest Stake and Sea food restaurant on Gulf blvd ,with a huge menu and plenty of options available with both outdoor and indoor dining options available on the deck or at the bar or experience indoor dining both available with a view of the intercostal just a short 3 minute walk. Another 3 minute walk from the Condo is Indian Shores Coffee, a great spot to stop and enjoy a fresh made coffee to order or to order breakfast or pastry on your way to the Beach. Also within walking distance is Voila Merci an amazing authentic French pastries and breakfast options served until 2pm. Another short walk to visit “Mahaffers” dive bar is a site to see a local landmark with cheap ice cold beer and entertainment . Sharky’s, Caddy’s, Crabby Bills,Moobster Loobsters , are just a few places to visit Short drive or ride share , or buy a ticket on the Trolley that goes all the way up and down the beach from St Pete to Clearwater all day and night . Or go to play 18 holes of mini golf nearby or visit John’s Pass, Treasure Island, Crabby Bill’s, Indian Rocks and Clearwater. The huge 2 car garage is also an excellent spot to entertain with heat and air conditioning and outdoor patio tables and chairs it a terrific spot for birthday parties or game night . Home Security.
