by your private splash pool, complete with lounge chairs, a covered seating
area, and optional pool heating. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing
drink after a day at the parks.
**Inviting Living Spaces:** The open-concept main floor features a comfortable
living room with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a Smart DVD player
for streaming your favorite shows. Sliding doors connect the indoors to the
pool area, blending convenience with relaxation.
**Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining:** The modern kitchen is designed with
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and
