• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 1.5 Miles)
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

We were a party of 6. Very roomy home. We didn’t have a car and found restaurants and stores in walking distance. Our only complaint was the small coffee pot. We actually bought one to use. And maybe a few extra towels. The description said there was a blow dryer, we couldn’t find one. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We have stayed at this property with my infant and toddler along with my parents. The place was perfect for a getaway and enjoyed every bit of it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty and very convenient. The pool was also very relaxing and so was the neighborhood. Perfect place if you want to enjoy some quite time.

Our family had a wonderful time at our Storey Lake condo for our vacation. The size of the condo was perfect (4 adults and 3 children). Shopping is close by to pick up food/bathroom essentials/etc. The on site recreation area with pools/waterslide, etc, was a wonderful way to spend our “down” days.
This rental is very close to the Disney parks, Universal, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld, Medieval Knights, ... it was very convenient for our day trips.
We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient rental offsite from the Disney properties.

It would have been nice to have a notebook that gave more information about the area. The checkin information was very limited.
We had some young children and the glass coffee table in Living Room was not kid friendly.
The upstairs was hot and there were no ceiling fans. There were strong notes, like "do not set temperature below 73 or you will pay for damages if the AC freezes up". The notes in the place about various fines distracted from our vacation. For example, "if you leave trash upstairs you will be fined $100.00." The notes could have been phrased in a better fashion.
We had young children and they really enjoyed the waterpark. It was great that it was part of the resort. We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen and accessories were good. We purchased a pancake turner and beach towels so we could enjoy the waterpark. There were no beach towels to enjoy the pool attached to the unit.
