The Space:

Welcome to your cozy retreat in Isla Mujeres - a bright studio for up to 2 guests, a few steps from the sea.

- Bathroom: private full bathroom with hot water and welcome amenities - clean and bright.

- Dining & work: a small table with chairs for casual meals, reading, or working with the free Wi-Fi.

- Comfort: air conditioning plus a ceiling fan; TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron.

- Shared rooftop terrace with palapa seating and spectacular ocean views.



Please note: this is a studio with a mini fridge and coffee maker - it does not have a full kitchen for cooking. A shared BBQ grill is available. The A/C cools the studio comfortably; for best performance keep doors and windows closed and the temperature at 21 C or above, and the ceiling fan helps keep the air moving.



Guest Access:

Self check-in. Once your registration is complete we send you a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within check-in hours), with no waiting, since we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message for anything you need during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Set in a quiet area of Isla Mujeres just steps from the sea, the neighborhood blends Caribbean calm with easy access to shops, restaurants, and beaches. It is ideal for walking, biking, or simply soaking up the island vibe, with warm local hospitality all around.



Please note: the area is still developing, so you may occasionally notice some construction noise or brief power/internet interruptions. We appreciate your understanding as the island continues to grow.



Getting Around:

Rent a golf cart to cruise the panoramic road around the island - the most fun way to explore. Downtown (the Zocalo and church), restaurants, bars, ice-cream shops, and stores are a short ride away. From Cancun airport, take a taxi or shuttle to the ferry terminal in Puerto Juarez, then the ferry to Isla Mujeres (about 20-25 minutes). We can arrange a private transfer in advance.



Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details/codes. Signing the condominium regulations is also required, which helps us maintain a harmonious environment with the neighbors.



This is a studio with a mini fridge and coffee maker - there is no full kitchen for cooking (a shared BBQ grill is available).



Isla Mujeres is a tropical seaside island, so you may encounter local wildlife (birds, geckos, the occasional insect, friendly local dogs). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out.



For proper A/C performance, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set the temperature below 21 C; the ceiling fan helps circulate the air.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
