About this house rental
The apartment is on the second floor and is in an excellent, central location—everything is very close by, with the beach just one block away and the little square (downtown) two blocks away. This is the smallest apartment we have; we have two more apartments in the same location in case you need something larger.

We don’t have parking, but I’d be happy to send you a photo showing possible places where you can park for free or paid parking lots that are very close to the apartment.
Everything is very close by, so you won’t need to use your car. Some guests choose to rent a golf cart to get around town, but really, this apartment is quite central, and you can get around very easily on foot
Other highlights
Although it’s a central area, we’ve soundproofed the apartments so that outside noise is hard to hear inside, and it’s very rare for there to be a lot of noise outside. However, we cannot guarantee complete silence at all times, since we’re on one of Sayulita’s main streets and it’s difficult to control outside noise. Even so, we haven’t had any complaints about noise, and the street has remained very quiet in recent months

Good communication with the owner. The place is clean and modern. Beds are comfortable, and the AC is icy. It is in a great area only a block away from the beach, with so many lovely restaurants nearby.
The downside to this prime location it is rather loud.
My only concern besides the noise is that the water pressure isn’t the best in the water fall showers.
I enjoyed all the local pets as well. They’re very friendly.
