Enjoy our new studio apartment in sayulita , Nayarit , Mexico . Quality construction throughout, including single sink bathroom, shower, full kitchen with cookware and full size refrigerator . 2 full size beds . And outdoor terrace to enjoy territorial view, iguanas, bird watching , and sayulita slice of life.

Very clean, super location. A bit of construction noise from across the street. Be sure to unplug the microwave to avoid random beeps in the middle of the night lol. A super spot though we loved it.

We spent a week at Casa Sarita and LOVED it! Close to town and the beach, but quiet, especially at night. We spent mornings on the patio watching the birds and sipping our coffee. Immaculately clean and well provisioned for light cooking. Filtered water was provided, linens were so comfortable and housekeeper Tere, so helpful and accommodating. Everything was easy and simple. Definitely going back!

No pool and with the pollution in the surrounding ocean, no were to swim. But clean, quiet safe. Some reviews said it was hard to access but us 2 60 something had no problem.
