A beautifully renovated 35m² studio apartment, thoughtfully designed for comfort and calm. Located on the ground floor, it overlooks a quiet, leafy inner courtyard—perfect for a serene stay just outside the bustle of central Paris. High ceilings and modern finishes add style to this cozy, light-filled space.
