I liked how the property is so close to a grocery store, fast foods, coffee shops and the most crucial thing, the metro station.
The sofa bed is not stable, it rocks every time you move.

La situation la proximité du métro
Sur l annonce les 3 étages à pieds n étaient pas stipules nous ne sommes pas jeune. Le bar pour manger au milieu du salon avec 2 tabourets de bar pas adapté j ai invité mon fils à dîner et il a mangé début alors que c est un appartement pour 4 personnes une table pliante avec chaises intégrées aurait été parfait je recommande cet appartement pour un couple de jeunes

Location was fine.
The whole place is in need of a renovation. The electrical system in the bathroom is constantly oscillating and must have a bad connection. The shower stall is broken, missing a glass panel that has been « fixed » with a shower curtain that doesn’t fix anything. The floors all creek and should be repaired. The sofa bed is not comfortable and broken.
