La ubicacion a pesar de que era lejos del centro de paris ,estaba en un barrio precioso muy seguro y con una conexion ideal a todo paris. El departamento tenia todo lo necesario para ser comodo y ademas tenia ascensor. Es ideal lo recomiendo sin dudarlo Respondian muy rapido.

Lo UNICO es que era muy caluroso y justo fui en plena ola de calor. No tenia aire acondicionado aunque lo dice. Pero los ventiladores no sirven de mucho con el calor. Aunque es dificil que tenga ya que muchos edificios alla no pueden sinplemente llegar y poner por acuerdos entre peopietarios Asi que nada mas que agregar Considerar un deposiito reenbolsable de daños de 500 euros extra. Se hace y es seguro, ya me los devolvieron, pero aveces en algunos bancos es dificil hacer el deposito. Tuve que pedirle a mi hernano que vive en europa que lo hiciera.tambien lo dice al momento de hacer la reserva

The neighborhood was clean, safe, and not crowded, and the building was located within 10 minutes of walking to the metro station. It is located on the Metro line for La Defense. The apartment was in a lovely building, with good rooms size, especially for Paris. It has all the necessary facilities. The beds are good and everything was clean. The owners asked for a money deposit, but in the end, they sent the money the next day without any problem, just for damage and keeping clean the apartment, which I think is common sense.

The building has a smell problem probably because of the carpet, which is perhaps washed with some substances regularly, and it is hard to dry the whole carpet.. The shower is in one room and the toilet in another, bathroom without ventilation. However, manageable for 4 people, and again in Paris, large spacious, good size room apartments are impossible to find.
