Apartment was clean, bed was comfortable ... that's it. Hosts were rude and unhelpful.

The host wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Poor communication with hosts. I had to pay a Euro 500 security deposit into their private bank account, of which I only received a refund of Euro 453 because of bank charges and transfer fees. I was initially not aware of this security deposit, details appear right at the bottom of other information.

Good value for the money! Even if not in the center, very good location, nice neighberhood!

The neighborhood was clean, safe, and not crowded, and the building was located within 10 minutes of walking to the metro station. It is located on the Metro line for La Defense. The apartment was in a lovely building, with good rooms size, especially for Paris. It has all the necessary facilities. The beds are good and everything was clean. The owners asked for a money deposit, but in the end, they sent the money the next day without any problem, just for damage and keeping clean the apartment, which I think is common sense.

The building has a smell problem probably because of the carpet, which is perhaps washed with some substances regularly, and it is hard to dry the whole carpet.. The shower is in one room and the toilet in another, bathroom without ventilation. However, manageable for 4 people, and again in Paris, large spacious, good size room apartments are impossible to find.

Apartment are very small, smell inside is awful!!!

The owners are creasy! Nobody answer on WhatsApp, phone. Before our coming they asked to transfer 500€ for garantie and after will not transfer them back. We have waited for almost one month, and only throw booking help desk have received money, but only 400€. They retained 100€ only only because we did not throw out the garbage, but left it in bags in the apartment 🤦🏼‍♀️ Information about garbage isn’t in the rules. Apartment are very small, smell inside is awful!!!

the apartment was very nice and well located. a bit outside central paris but perfectly connected by car, bus and Metro

since you are a bit outside you need to take in account the travel time to get to the city center. we did not mind about though

I can not suggest to contact them

Location

when we arrived in the house we called on phone the owners and we sent a SMS because they prepared only one of the beds although we asked for two separate rooms but they did not reply to us . They reply to us by SMS after 36 hours and they told us that they are out of Paris. I'm wondering if there was a proplem of key delivery. I am very angry with their behavior
