About this house rental
Welcome to Lou Parpaioun – le Papillon, a Provençal house made of local stones completely renovated in 2025. Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, at the entrance to the small village of Auribeau, this house offers an exceptional setting combining comfort, authenticity and nature.
Nestled at an altitude of 600 meters, Auribeau invites you to a rejuvenating stay, far from the crowds, at the foot of the Mourre Nègre. You will find calm, greenery, hiking trails and breathtaking landscapes.
The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, a large swimming pool with solarium, and several shaded areas conducive to rest. "Lou Parpaioun" can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends thanks to its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and numerous living spaces.
This old house made of local stones, has been tastefully renovated, organized on two levels:
On the first floor:
• A living room equipped with a large sofa, a dining table and a fireplace.
In summer this room remains cool thanks to its thick walls and double-glazed windows.
• A fitted kitchen with a central island, open to the living room and dining area.
• The outbuildings
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a shower with toilet,
- A cellar.
• Two independent bedrooms each with a double bed, a large bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
Each opens onto the outside on a space equipped with a table and two wooden chairs.
Each room has individual air conditioning with a remote control to adapt the temperature.
* A fully equipped fitness room to keep in shape.
Upstairs,
• Two independent bedrooms each with a double bed, a large bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
Each room has individual air conditioning with a remote control to adapt the temperature.
• A room dedicated to relaxation, TV, games, library and table football.
Outside
• A terrace shaded by a south-east facing awning, adjoining the living room, allows you to enjoy your meals in the shade
• Another north-west facing terrace in the shade of curtains.
• A petanque court for wild games including in the evening under the warm lighting to go until the end of the night.
• An unheated swimming pool (3.5m x 10m, secured by a rigid shutter, approved protection, in service from 01/05/ to 30/09.
