Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 30 m² flat with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 2 people, for rent in Sainte-Anne. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 12 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- Kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 15 m² terrace in a shared area, facing south and with a dining area.
- A second shared 15 m² south-facing terrace with barbecue
Common area :
- An unheated swimming pool, shared with all tenants, measuring 12m² and open all year round (subject to favourable weather conditions).
The flat is ideally located in Sainte-Anne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities :
- Hike to the Piton Crève-Cœur and discover the remains of the Habitation Crève-Cœur
- The beaches of Pointe Marin, Les Salines, Anse Baleine and Anse Michel are around 15 minutes away by car.
- Water sports: diving, sailing, kayaking, surfing, kite-surfing, water-skiing, paddle, rowing, etc.
- Heritage discovery: Notre-Dame de Sainte-Anne church and the Val d'Or mill
