About this house rental
Welcome to the heart of a Provençal village near Avignon. This house, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a view of a small square, is just steps from shops. The train station is a 10-minute walk away and the bus stop is only 2 minutes away.
Completely renovated in 2024, this old house offers all modern comforts.
Type of accommodation: Townhouse of 90 m².
On the ground floor, you will find a living area with dining space and kitchen corner (coffee maker, air fryer, blender, basic products, etc.), a TV lounge with sofa, a shower room/WC, and a washing machine.
Upstairs, two large bedrooms each equipped with a very comfortable 160x200 bed, as well as a shower room/WC, are at your disposal.
Amenities: air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, television, ceiling fans in the living areas (and in one bedroom), washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer, hair straightener, shampoo, shower gel, bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, cleaning products, etc.
Free parking is available on the square in front of the house and there are many free spaces within 400 m. You can also enjoy a relaxing moment under the laurel tree with your coffee.
This is my main residence, so you will benefit from all the comfort of a house lived in year-round.
