About this house rental
Charming house with private pool, located in a quiet housing development. Teacher rents for the fourth year her pretty house acquired in March 2022, the paintings are redone and it is very well maintained. I attach great importance to hygiene.
Close to the city center and all amenities, Vedène is a small village located 11 km from Avignon (direct access to the motorway). You have a bus stop 100 m away to get to the Avignon festival very easily with a special shuttle for night returns.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 sofa bed (140x200). The mattresses are new and protected with a new sheet with closure.
1 large bathroom, with walk-in shower and double sink.
1 separate toilet
1 living room with air conditioning, 1 open fitted kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, combined fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...).
Private swimming pool in the garden of 15 m² (5 x 3 and 1.50 deep) with protective barrier net. Not overlooked.
