The community gives you access to pickle ball courts, walking paths and 3 community pools. While getting settled in take the time to eat in or brew a cup of coffee from the coffee station and enjoy it out by the back yard pool. The back yard also hosts many indigenous plants and palms with a peaceful serenity for gathering. With amenities like a hair dryer, heating, AC, Laundry and an iron, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms also come equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Within walking distance of the home is the San Tan Highlands Golf Course. Take time to enjoy the 18 hole course, restaurant, bar, bingo and socializing with live music on Friday nights! Ready to enjoy a real cowboys night out? Venture 5 miles down the road to San Tan Flats for dinner, dancing and gathering around the campfires. You may even make a friend or two. Like outdoor adventures? Tour the Ghost Town of Goldfield and the Lost Dutchman's State park in the Superstition Mountains near Gold Canyon. The area also offers hiking at the end of Paralto Rd. in the Tonto National Forest. An easier less strenuous hike can be enjoyed at the San Tan Mountain Regional Park. Arizona isn't all desert...if you like water head to the Salt River for tubing and kayaking...you may even get a glimpse of the wild horses wading along the rivers edge! Remember to always bring your sunscreen. Another must in Arizona takes you indoors touring the 15,000 sq. ft. majestic Chateau de Vie also know as the Lavender Farm.
