About this house rental
AFFORDABLE HOME ON SCENIC GOLF COURSE, GATED COMMUNITY, GREAT SUNSET VIEWS.
Your warm weather vacation home is located in the gated community of Stonegate at Johnson Ranch. Some of the amenities include an open floor plan with slate tile in the kitchen & dining area which gives it a unique look and feel. You will not find a better value on a golf course frontage home. Our home offers 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The master has a California king bed, the other bedrooms feature one queen bed and one full bed. The entire home is fully furnished including large capacity washer & dryer, ceiling fans in every room, plus a fully equipped kitchen including spices and a reverse osmosis water filtration system for clean, great tasting drinking water right from the tap. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage. In-house entertainment includes high speed wireless internet, a 40 inch HD flat screen television, a 26 inch LCD TV in the master bedroom, and DVD player.
Entertainment options abound in the immediate area. Johnson Ranch is consistently voted one of the top Arizona communities to live and play. The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch is one of the best values in the Phoenix area with outstanding scenery and a challenging but fair layout. Our house is a short 500 yard walk to the clubhouse which has a great restaurant and bar. If Johnson Ranch doesn’t challenge your handicap there are 7 other excellent courses within 15 minutes and over 200 courses in the Phoenix area. Don’t forget your swim suits, tennis rackets, basketball shoes, or fishing poles. Johnson Ranch offers something for everyone. With three 25 meter pools with hot tubs, a catch and release pond, beach volleyball court, softball diamond, and numerous parks with playgrounds everyone in the family will have a great time. Polish you golf game at the free 9 hole pitch and putt course. Beautiful desert hiking and mountain biking in San Tan Regional Park is only 10 minutes away. If you prefer a more laid back pace after an enjoyable day watch the golfers from the covered patio while you bar-b-que.
There is no need to spend all your time in the car when you stay in our home. The restaurants within a ten minute drive offer steaks, burgers, Mexican, Greek, pizza, and Chinese food. Groceries, Super Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, banking and many other conveniences all within 5 minutes. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport is 25 minutes away and Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is less than 1 hour away.
Our home is located on the 18th tee box with excellent views. Why look at a cinder block wall from the patio when you can have views of the changing desert sky and the numerous birds that overwinter in Arizona. If you want a peaceful vacation while still having quick access to everything Arizona has to offer our house is for you.

The house is as described and very nice. A grocery store was less than 10 minutes away to stock up. The best was the back yard and watching the sun set. Since it faces a golf course you have a great view. There was a table and chairs on the back patio for relaxing.

We came for the holidays to visit family. Our original location fell through a couple of days before we were scheduled to arrive. We found this place and John was wonderful from the get go. Great at communicating. The home was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, clean. The perfect location. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we're in town!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very close to the pool and clubhouse which was nice. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and eating dinners on the patio and watching the golfers and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would definitely rent this home again.
