Parking Rules (Strictly Enforced by HOA)
• No parking on the grass — any vehicle found on the lawn will be towed without warning.
• Street parking is not allowed between 11:59 PM and 7:00 AM.
• After 11:59 PM, only 2 vehicles are allowed on the property — 1 must be parked inside the garage and 1 in the driveway.
• Any vehicle parked in violation of these rules will be towed by the HOA at the guest’s expense.

Guest Responsibility
• The booking guest is responsible for any damages and agrees to cover charges using the card on file.
