Step into history with our original 1919 Farmhouse paired with modern updates. The Woodinville Farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with multiple gathering spaces and a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes everyone feel instantly at home.
The open den area serves as the heart of the home, with a large farmhouse table perfect for family-style meals, game nights, or morning coffee. The separate kitchen is fully stocked and ready for preparing meals, with easy access to the den and outdoor deck for seamless entertaining. A Keurig coffee station with coffee pods, sugar, and creamers is provided so you can start your mornings with ease.
Every bedroom or suite has its own dedicated bathroom for comfort and privacy. The downstairs King Suite includes an additional connected twin bedroom with two twin beds — ideal for families or groups who want to stay close, while still enjoying the convenience of their own en suite bath.
Designed for connection, this farmhouse is a place to make memories — whether it’s sipping coffee on the deck, enjoying a glass of wine from one of the 100+ nearby wineries (the wine cooler will be waiting), or just gathering around the farmhouse table after a beautiful Woodinville Chateau Ste. Unlike many Woodinville homes — even some newer ones — The Woodinville Farmhouse is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring year-round comfort and convenience for every guest.
And if you’d rather not cook or head out, no worries — DoorDash and Instacart deliver right to the farmhouse. For added convenience, we’re happy to meet your Instacart driver the day before check-in at no extra charge, so your kitchen is fully stocked with groceries and ready for you when you arrive.
When it’s time to head home, check-out is simple: you don’t need to strip beds or pull sheets — you’re our guest. Just pack up and go. We only ask that you leave the kitchen tidy, with dishes loaded into the dishwasher (running is fine).
