Cozy Woodinville Country Home

This is an older, smaller home . . .cozy and clean but not upscale. We have a few "projects" that need done (always a work in progress) but we think you'll find our home to be a warm, well-lit and cozy place to spend your time away.
The space
We are in a quiet neighborhood, close to "downtown" Woodinville and all the wineries. Hollywood Hill wine district is just a couple miles away (by car) and you can walk to the Industrial Wine District, if you choose to.

The Rotary Skateboard Park is just down the street from our home and the Burke-Gilman trail is about a mile or so away. You can rent bikes in town, if you would like to bike the trail. Tennis courts are nearby and our neighborhood is walkable and very safe.

The back patio is a lovely way to spend a summer afternoon or evening; there is a grill for your use as well as a fire pit for those cooler evenings. There are very few bugs and mosquitos in this part of the Pacific Northwest so being outside in the summer is pure delight.

We have television (limited cable and not a "smart" tv), Wifi, board games and books for your enjoyment.

Our home is small but bright and light and cozy. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!
Guest access
You will have full use of the house with the exception of the small bedroom/office. There is a queen bed in the master (attached bath) and a double bed in the guest room (bath down the hall). Both bathrooms are small but adequate. The house has an open floor plan so everyone has the opportunity to be together!

We also have two Aero beds (queen) which can be put in the common areas.
