The Space:
Our 16 m² Family Room is a space designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Perfect for families and groups of friends, this room allows you to enjoy privacy and tranquility. It features two beds that can be joined to create one large, comfortable bed – ideal for couples. Additionally, there is a fold-out sofa that serves as a sleeping space for two more people, making the room suitable for up to four guests. The sofa also provides a cozy place to relax and watch TV on the large screen, which is included for your evening entertainment.
The room also has a desk with a comfortable chair, perfect for work or planning your day. Guests can also use the table and chairs for shared meals or a coffee break. The room includes a wardrobe and additional clothes hanger, making it easy to store your belongings in an organized manner. The entire room is bright and cozy, with a large window letting in plenty of natural light to create a pleasant atmosphere.
One of the main advantages of this room is the dedicated bathroom, accessible only to Family Room guests. The lockable bathroom ensures complete privacy and includes a shower, hairdryer, and fresh towels (both large and small). You can feel fully at home with all the amenities provided.

The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
