The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 14 m² Family Room, ideal for a comfortable stay in the heart of Warsaw. This room is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. You’ll find a large bed that comfortably sleeps two, as well as a cozy sofa that can be unfolded to provide sleeping space for two additional guests. This makes our room an excellent choice for families and groups of friends traveling together.
The room also includes a desk and chair, making it a great spot for work or study. With a spacious wardrobe and additional hanging space, you’ll easily store your clothes, and the table with chairs provides a pleasant spot for shared meals or conversations. Additionally, the room features a large TV for evening entertainment. Thanks to the large window, the room is bright and cozy, letting in plenty of natural light.

The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
