The cozy double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep for two, and the nearby table with a chair is ideal for dining or working. The studio is equipped with a spacious wardrobe and hanging space so you can easily unpack.
Guests have access to a modern shower bathroom exclusively for them, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Additionally, the studio has lockable doors for your peace of mind. In the kitchenette, you can prepare your favorite meals – it’s fully equipped with a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a full set of dishes and pots. The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required.
Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.
The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.
We can provide a baby cot (for an additional fee of PLN 50) - please ask about availability in advance.
We have more of these cool MiniStudios in this area (in this building) so they are all the same - don't stress out, one of them may be free just for you.
You can also rent a few Mini Studios from us at once and come in a larger group. with family and friends - you will all be together.
