The Space:
Looking for a peaceful place to stay in Warsaw? Our small yet cozy room is designed to provide full comfort. Inside, you’ll find two beds that can be combined, along with a desk and lamp so you can read or work quietly. A large window lets in plenty of natural light, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals – from stovetops to a dishwasher. We provide fresh towels and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The perfect place to recharge and enjoy the charm of the city.

Our room is located near Rondo ONZ in Warsaw, ensuring excellent connectivity to key city locations. Here are the details of nearby transit:

Modlin Airport: Around 40-50 minutes by taxi, with direct bus connections available
Central Railway Station: 5-minute walk or one metro stop away

The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our ROOM for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
