It’s an awesome place and in wonderful shape! We stayed at Thanksgiving and the holiday decor and blankets made being away from home easier and felt super cozy. And it was so CLEAN!!! Nancy was an excellent communicator. We will be back!

House just as explained. Everything we needed and then some. Host was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly. Highly recommend the property. We were so happy we booked a future date at the same property

We stayed for the weekend of our daughter's Senior Recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable - it felt just like home. I especially appreciated the fully appointed kitchen as I had to prepare some snacks for the reception after the recital. Nancy was very responsive and it was our pleasure to stay at this VRBO.
