Renovated small town charm right next to SUNY Fredonia

This house was clean and comfortable. Extremely close to campus. We stayed for a weekend with 5 adults and had plenty of room to stretch out. While it was chilly during our visit, the backyard was a nice bonus. Everything we needed for a quiet weekend was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Cozy. Convenient. Courtney was very communicative. This little house is as adorable and tidy as pictured and described. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the bedrooms and livingroom had plenty of fluffy throw blankets to spare. The proximity to the village and to SUNY Fredonia are just a few minutes walk but the neighborhood is peacefully quiet.Six adults (3 couples) were very cozy and comfortable during our two-night stay. We appreciated the large upstairs bathroom, the additional seating at the kitchen counter, and the enclosed porch during inclement weather. The bedrooms are tiny and the ceiling in the stairwell is a tad low which is typical for a home established in the 1900's. I only mention it because three men in our group are quite tall (6'2", 6'3", 6'4") so watch your noggin! Our allergy-sufferer appreciated the clean dust-free rooms. We plan to return to this tiny gem in the future. "Thank you, Courtney!"

Wonderful stay with all the comforts of home.

Let me start with the host. She was always available when we had questions no matter the time and always got back to us in a timely manner. This cozy place was very clean. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. What ever you needed was available. The shops are only 5 mins away. We booked it for the Caribbean carnival not knowing it was 6hrs from the carnival but it was definitely worth the 6 hr drive. Thank you so much Courtney. Hope to stay here again on our Canada trip as we found out it’s only 2 hrs away from Toronto
