Clean, the amenities were in great condition, everything was well stocked. Easy access to UC Davis medical. And the best host I've ever come across.

Location and home was quite satisfactory. What was NOT was the fact that the back 1/2 of the house was occupied by another tenant without disclosure. This was down right creepy. What else was unnerving was the ring recording us every time we came and went and the TV volume is locked at a certain level as is the HVAC system, were all adults here......... The TV volume was hard for my family member who has difficulty hearing. I would not be inclined to rent this unit again, we didnt feel safe.
