About this house rental

The home is a 1916 Bungalow original to the community of Colonial Heights. The home has been beautifully updated and features an updated kitchen & baths, double ovens, master suite with walk-in closet, large front porch with double French doors. Colonial Heights is located about a mile from the UC Davis Medical Center and close to many other hospitals, an easy 10 minute drive to midtown Sacramento, and close to other great Sacramento parks and points of interest.
