Peachy Keen House is a unique and happy place, perfect for small groups! It has a stylish vibe and is stocked for fun with a hip game room!
Just a short drive from the best of Savannah (Forsyth Park, Historic Downtown, Enmarket Arena, Butterbean Beach and boat ramp, and more) our place is the perfect spot to unwind after a day downtown or at Tybee Beach!
Dogs are welcome w/ deposit and will enjoy the spacious fully fenced back yard, and your group will love the safe, friendly neighborhood.
When you are not out adventuring in the city, this house is the perfect place to relax and continue the vacation fun!

When you are ready to come home and relax, the house is located in a quiet and quaint part of town. Situated on a cul-de-sac its the perfect place to enjoy a break away from your Savannah adventure and appreciate the slower pace of life in the south.
Guests can park in the driveway or along the street in front of the house.

Historic Downtown: 20 min
Wormsloe State Park: 12 min
Butterbean Beach and Boatramp: 9 min
Tybee Island: 32 min
Embarked Arena: 22 min
1. No large parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. If you have a pet at the residence dogs are not legally allowed off leash in the neighborhood or in front of the house. They are allowed to roam off leash and in the backyard with supervision. If your pet goes to the bathroom anywhere on or off our property please clean and dispose of the waste.
4. Pets are not allowed to sleep in beds or on furniture.
5. We allow guests of all ages, but please supervise children around the house and the yard as the house is not baby proofed & there are breakable and unsafe items within Childs reach.
6. Please maintain the quiet times (10pm-7am). This is a small family friendly neighborhood and we want to keep it that way.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. If you move the furniture please move it back when you check out.
9. Fireplace is not functional and not for guest use.
10. No more than 3 cars on premises. 2 in the driveway and one can park in front of the house. Neighbors have requested guests do not part in front of their house.
11. Use only our trash can. It will be located either at the end of the driveway or right at the fence next to the garage side of the house.
12. Please drive slowly in the neighborhood and be respectful to neighbors. This is a neighborhood with kids running around and playing, families all over - it’s a gem and we want to keep it that way!!
