Having personally resided in the area for over a year, I can attest that it's one of the most welcoming places I've had the pleasure of calling home. ----->You'll enjoy full access to Unit B of the duplex. Its yard space and patio is shared with occupants of Unit A.
----->Long length of stays are welcomed and encouraged! A rental agreement will need to be signed for stays over 30 days.

---->Note: the duplex's adjacent unit, Unit A, may be occupied by the property owner or other short term rental guests during your stay. Your unit is completely private and separate; the only shared space is the yard access. All I ask is that you maintain a respectful noise level for your friendly neighbors.

A great little duplex off the beaten path, but still close to the major thoroughfares to take you all over Savannah! The house is clean and cute, and it suited our needs perfectly. We appreciated the clean and affordable option for a short stay!

Unbelievably great mattresses! Great Host! Nice decor and seating. When sleeping in the master suite you could not hear anything in the other rooms.... ah sweet dreams!
