About this resort
Your home away from home in Kissimmee with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens awaits you. Unit can sleep up to 12. It's a 2BR unit attached to a 1BR unit which means each unit has it's own entrance and kitchen, but is also attached via an interior door. Perfect for a large family or friend group!
...and with Disney's Animal Kingdom a 'stone's throw' away, the location can't be beat!
This is my owned timeshare week at Silver Lake Resort. I will also be staying there that week, but am staying a few weeks this year so reserved another unit so I won't have to move mid-stay. The resort is well kept and full of amenities. There's an exercise room, game room, sports courts, small on-site theater with movies daily, multiple pools, a hot tub, a poolside cabana bar with food and drinks for purchase, on-site store and daily activities.
The unit will be in one of their low-rise, 3 story buildings without elevators. A request can be made for ground floor if needed.
Unit square footage: 1658
Unit is an attached lockout 2BR + 1BR unit so will have a full kitchen, and at least an kitchenette in the attached 2nd unit.
Check in time: 4:00 PM
Check out time: 10:00 AM
Upon check in, the resort will place a $200 security deposit hold on a credit card; credit card only is accepted for the security deposit hold.
Minimum age at check in is 21.
No pets are allowed.
Unit will be in multi-floor building, and may not have elevator. Resort would need to be contacted to request either ground floor unit, or unit in building with elevator.
Smoking is not allowed inside unit.
No boat parking , No large vehicle parking , No RV parking , No trailers
