PLEASE NOTE:
This is my primary residence. As such, you might see food in the fridge and some personal belongings throughout. The exception to this is the bathroom and bedroom, both of which will be cleared of personal items beforehand. And worry not, the place will have been deep cleaned before you arrive.
I share the house with my friendly Border Collie mix. Although the space will be meticulously cleaned before your stay, please be aware that if you have severe dog allergies or sensitivities, this may not be the ideal choice for you.

You`ll notice that a few of the closets in the house are locked to store my personal belongings.
I will not be available in person. I’m available through the messaging function in the AirBnb application and will do my best to respond as quickly as possible. I will also leave the information for a local emergency contact.
Located conveniently by the Howard Heuston off-leash dog park and bike paths that take you anywhere in Boulder.
The unrelated maximum guest occupancy is 4 people, according to the City of Boulder.

The unit was clean and very well organized. The host was responsive and friendly. We weren’t able to bring our dog, but I can tell the place would be great if we had. It was easy to get anywhere in town or out for hikes from this location.

Many good things about this place. Host was responsive. Very dog friendly area with lots of good places for walking. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, cozy living area. Only issue was that we like to cook and the toaster oven, main oven, utensils. and pots and pans were too dirty for us to try to clean or use, so we ended up bringing in clean pans to use on the stove tops.
