Important notes: There is no enclosed yard at this property which may not be suitable for all pets. The outdoor areas include 2 enclosed and paved patios and the driveway/carport area where there is a small grassy area for quick outdoor needs.
The carport and driveway will accommodate up to 4 vehicles, less with oversized vehicles. There is no street parking allowed directly in front of the property. There are a few spots for street parking across from the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is a community pool just around the corner from the unit.
Parties or gatherings beyond the 8-guest maximum are prohibited.
There is one front-door camera on property.

After a long drive, it was such a relief to arrive at a home that was spotless and smelled great. We stayed for one night while taking our son to a college tour, and the house was cozy, unique, and very comfortable. The location near campus couldn’t be better. The beds were super comfortable, and the host was excellent with communication and provided clear, detailed instructions. It was the ideal spot for a quick College Station visit, and the tour went wonderfully. We’d definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean, had plenty of room for everyone and was comfortable throughout our visit. I love that they had all the necessities available for use (shampoo, body wash, laundry soap, etc) Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in many STR’s throughout the US and abroad and this is by far the best one yet! Super clean and organized. Location cannot be beat. 3 minute drive to HEB and 3 minute drive to A&M. We loved it and the host was super responsive. I would rank this rental up there with a 5 star hotel. My hope would be that everyone treats this rentalas if it were their own so that it remains as clean and beautiful as it is in June 2026! 100% recommend!!!
