The house includes two welcoming reception rooms, one featuring a cosy log-burner, along with a dedicated playroom, ensuring everyone has space to relax or enjoy their own activities. The gated garden is ideal for children to run around and enjoy the outdoors, while well-behaved dogs are very welcome to join in the fun.
Inside, Fern Bank offers five comfortable bedrooms—two doubles, two twins, and a bunk bedroom—plus a cot (bedding to be provided). The house boasts two bathrooms, one on the first floor and another in the basement, along with a large ground-floor kitchen fitted with a double electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges, and a freezer. The extendable dining table comfortably seats up to fourteen people, perfect for family gatherings. Additional amenities include two TV and DVD-equipped living rooms, a ground-floor playroom with a sofa bed, laundry facilities in the basement, and a table tennis table for entertainment. For those with limited mobile signal, a payphone is available.
Guests benefit from superfast fibre broadband, eco-friendly heating powered by an air source heat pump and solar energy, off-road parking close to the house, and plenty of free parking nearby.
