About this villa rental
The agency Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in Zonza, this charming air-conditioned property with an area of 147 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m 2, an open kitchen equipped, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 700 m 2. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 60 m2 with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open and equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, fan oven, steam oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160 200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, table and iron.
Exterior:
- 4×8m swimming pool (private and heated outside the summer season), secured with an alarm, open from May 1 to October 31. Children must be supervised by a parent at all times when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- A beautiful garden, private and enclosed, of 1200 m 2
- A terrace of 80 m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Zonza, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Swimming at the natural pools of the Cavu
- Piscia di Gallo waterfall
- Beach and island of Pinarello

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the property (up to 3 vehicles).
Regarding other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airports: Figari airport - South Corsica at about 50 min (38.7 km), Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte airport at about 2h45 by car (142 km)
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included.
- The stove is non-functional.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- Swimming pool: all children’s swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Non-contractual opening dates and subject to favorable weather conditions.
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of accommodation for future visitors. We thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat rate supplement may be requested from you.
