Local walking or biking trails will immerse you in this picture perfect beach community. The upgraded home comes with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and hardwood floors. With 2 bedrooms featuring King and Queen beds, as well as 2.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. The living room and attic also provide additional sleeping options, particularly for those with kids! The driveway and upgraded garage allows parking for multiple vehicles (and the garage comes with an electric car charger!). All Villas within the Monarch Bay Villas community have access to the pool, spa, clubhouse, fitness room, billiards room, barbecue area, trails leading to hiking or the beach. Perfectly located within minutes from world class restaurants and shops in Laguna Beach and Dana Point. You will not find a better location if you're looking for a costal retreat. The home requires a minimum stay of 30 days and comes furnished or unfurnished (a moving/storage fee of $1,500 will be added for unfurnished stays and is to be paid by the start day).
