Very clean and beautiful property. Host was very friendly and accessible. Both pet and family friendly. We were very comfortable as a family of 4 and 1 dog. Kitchen was really nice. Shower was bigger than I expected it to be. King sized bed was very comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer there. The sunsets were spectacular as promised. Loved the sounds of the marsh grass in the breeze and birds singing. Husband caught a channel cat fish in the bay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again. Thank you!

This place is a place of quiet and tranquility. If you are looking to unwind near the water and wild life this is the place.Jason has everything you need from beach chairs and umbrella to bicycles. Just pack you bathing suit for the beach and you are good to go. There is even a swimming pool just up from his place if you want to relax there instead.Very clean and pet friendly place.Nice job Jason
