NOTE: The space is a totally private studio with its own separate entrance BUT it is connected to the main house and there is some noise transfer (white noise machine provided).

Gravel parking spot next to the driveway; Free street parking is available HOWEVER from November 1-April 1 overnight you must use your designated GRAVEL space next to the driveway as street parking is prohibited overnight for snow removal vehicles (Midnight-7am)
NOTE: The deck faces the tree-lined neighborhood but is for your exclusive use.

The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite is spacious, airy and a true retreat with its own private entrance. Note, the suite is completely locked off and private but it does reside within a larger home with some noise transfer from the main house (we provide a white noise machine). At ~350 sq ft. the suite is spacious enough to include an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads, separate workspace / seating area, wardrobe, dining table, mini-fridge and microwave.

* Main house, garage and small patio area in front of French doors is NOT available for guest use
Your space is 100% private but we can always interact over messenger. We enjoy answering questions and providing recommendations to make sure you have a great stay!
We occasionally are at the main house and enjoy interacting in person but If you prefer privacy that works too!
When we are not staying at the main house you can expect there to be guests renting it. Please respect their privacy and abide by quiet hours of 10pm-7am

Location was good and overall space was great. Parking is not ideal as you have to park in the rocks off the driveway but it’s not horrible. The biggest thing for us was the bed and pillows were below our expectations: very hard and the pillows were essentially cardboard. Also not a fan of only being able to plug in the space heater to one outlet. While you’re running the heater, it makes the rest of the lights flicker. Overall great stay with great communication from the host. Really enjoyed the spacious bathroom/shower and the office space was a nice touch.

Hikers Haven exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped and very clean. Great neighborhood with easy access to downtown and other sites.

Beautiful well-set-up studio! We loved having lunch on the patio, and the desk other seating wifi worked great for working remotely for a day. The neighborhood was quiet but super close to downtown Flagstaff.
