Super cute single level one bedroom apartment in an lovely 4 unit building with one off-street parking space just steps away. This cozy space has a fully equipped kitchen for creating meals and has everything you need for a great escape.
Located near Historic Downtown Flagstaff and an easy walk to restaurants, parks, Lowell observatory, night life and so much more. This is also a perfect base for hiking, biking and skiing. Relax here and take a moment to enjoy the area.
Wifi and a smart TV to link to all your streaming sites. This cozy home is fully equipped for creating meals, having fun and has everything you need for a great vacation.
This is a very special sparkling clean single level cottage with no stairs, parking right out front and all you need for an amazing stay in downtown Flagstaff.
There is a nice size bedroom and a comfy pillow-top queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bath. The living area features a sofa and roku tv and another walk-in closet. Your full kitchen includes coffee and tea for your enjoyment.
Located in a lovely residential neighborhood in downtown Flagstaff, this is one unit in a 4-plex along with 3 other full-time vacation rentals. Check availability for larger groups - or extend your stay in another one of our other beautiful Cottages.
Please note that this property is limited to 2 guests - this includes children. With advance notice at the time of booking, I may allow visitors. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on circumstances. If there are more than 2 guests staying in the property or there are additional visitors without prior approval, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit.
My place is always sparking clean and is a fabulous home base for your amazing adventures in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. Relax, breathe the clean air and experience world-class adventures right out your front door.
This is a very great neighborhood and close to everything. There are parks, the library, restaurants, shopping, NAU, the train station, and the urban trail system nearby.

- There is one designated parking space and additional parking on the street. Please note there is a City of Flagstaff winter parking ordinance and no street parking is allowed midnight to 7AM from November 1st through April 1st.
- No parties or loud gatherings.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please respect other guests in the building.

A great 1 bedroom apartment with a very easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. No real amenities except location. Bed was comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again

This VRBO is sweet & tidy. Perfect for two people! The bath towels were so comfy! We were able to park our car and walk into town everyday. Very close to the Lowell Observatory. Thank you to Patrice for your hospitality!

The Cottage is a clean and peaceful one level fully furnished brick apartment (700 sq feet) set inside of a quiet residential area, and located about 2 minutes from downtown Flagstaff and Lowell Observatory. The Cottage’s kitchen has ALL the appliances and gadgets needed to cook any meal. It includes a coffee maker & tea kettle, gas stove, clean microwave and refrigerator/freezer with cold frozen mugs and 2 ice trays. All cleaning supplies, trash bags, plastic baggies, paper towels and even basic spices are provided.The bedroom (firm king sized bed) includes a small AC unit behind the bed and a fan above. It has a medium walk in closet that includes ample storage for clothes (with hangers), fans, pillows, blankets, ect. The bathroom includes all necessities such as towels, toilet paper, and the shower/tub has terrific water pressure and HOT water with a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser.The area was extremely quiet in the morning and evening, which is the only time I was there.Check in is at 4pm, and check out is at 11am. Prompt communication with the property manager at all times. The Cottage is perfect for 1-2 ppl. Its outside view is limited, but you will have plenty of things to do in Flagstaff to view scenery. In the mornings and evenings I opened the 2 front windows and blinds to let the light in and to circulate the fresh mountain air. I would definitely visit again for the price, location and accommodations. Thank you!

The unit was very clean. The amenities were well stocked and the door lock worked very well. Very quiet community and everyone respected parking assignments. Thank you for the quick responsiveness Patrice.
