Welcome to Leahurst, your spacious home-from-home in the beautiful town of Llangollen, Denbighshire. Recently renovated and thoughtfully styled across four floors, this charming Victorian house is perfect for families, groups, and dog lovers seeking a relaxing countryside escape.
The space
Ground Floor:
- Modern Kitchen – Fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a breakfast bar, and everything you need for family meals.
- Dining Room – Spacious and sociable, ideal for gathering around the table.
- Shower room - fully refurbished with walk-in shower
- Utility Area – Handy for muddy boots or wet paws, with access to the enclosed courtyard.

First Floor:
- Main Bathroom – A full suite with modern fittings, walk-in shower and free standing Victorian bath.
- Double Bedroom – Super-king sleigh bed with views to the back of the property up to the canal.
- Living Room – Bright and airy with stunning views over the River Dee and the heritage Llangollen Railway. Many guests find themselves happily gazing out the window, watching kayakers and whitewater rafters rush by.

Second Floor:
- Two Double Bedrooms – One with an en-suite shower room and magnificent views to the front of the property, to the river Dee.
- Additional Shower Room – Modern and convenient for group stays.

Top Floor (Third):
- Two Further Bedrooms – One set with twin beds, the other a double with King size bed. Both have Velux skylights and views.
- Additional home office area for those who need to stay connected.

Outdoor Space
- Courtyard Garden – Delightful seating area to relax after those long days of adventures in North Wales. A secure gate provides direct access to the road—ideal for those bringing dogs.
- Dog-Friendly – Includes an outdoor hose to rinse off muddy paws and river adventures.
Note: Outdoor area is monitored by a security camera for your safety.

🚫 Please Note

- Basement: Currently not in use. Plans are underway to convert it into a Games Room by late 2026.
- No Smoking Indoors – If smoking outside, please use the bins provided for disposal.
- No Parties, Hen-dos or Stags please.
- We ask that you respect our neighbours and are quiet after 12 midnight.
Guest access
You can use the Whole house, but NOT the Basement (a new renovation will happen sometime in late 25) to turn into a Games Room for those inevitable rainy days we have in North Wales (yes even in the gorgeous Llangollen we get rain)...
Other things to note
We have just renovated the whole property and would ask that you treat the house and its fittings as you would your own and help us to ensure EVERY Guest has an amazing Experience. We are from the local area and have extensive knowledge, if you have any queries or questions please ask....we are here to make sure you have fabulous time, making memories that will last forever.

Please NO SMOKING in the house and if you smoke outside could you please dispose Butts etc responsibly in the bins provided or outside in the bin by the back gate.
