About this house rental
Holiday apartment in Skjoldborg, close to Thisted, on the Limfjord Accommodates 6 people (incl. 2 children). Approx. 90 m² apartment with conservatory and terrace at the edge of a field, from which there is a beautiful view of the Limfjord in the distance. Here you get both a view of the open landscape and a touch of the real rural atmosphere when the seasonal field work takes place. Ideal for families and small groups. Close to both the Limfjord and the North Sea, scenic location in the Thy area. Not far from the North Sea, and the coastal towns, Klitmøller, Vorupør Stenbjerg and Agger. 2 sleeping places on the ground floor, and 4 sleeping places on the 1st floor, note that one is a 3/4 bed for the children. Steep stairs lead to the 1st floor. The dog is welcome on holiday. On the 1st floor, a roof window in the living room gives a look at the Limfjord. Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher. Living room with dining area and sofa area with TV. Bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi. Owner lives on the property. Non-smoking house, and not rented to youth groups. Please note that the apartment is close to the main road.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
