About this house rental
Cosy holiday home for up to 4 people. The house is located in a quiet area on a 2,500 m² natural plot surrounded by protective trees. There are wooden terraces around the house and plenty of opportunities to find shelter, shade or sun. The house has a family-friendly kitchen with modern kitchen facilities, a dining area, a sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own providers, as well as satellite reception of some German channels. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and, among other things, an electric grill and a hot air fryer. The wood-burning stove is a combined firewood and pellet stove. It is possible to buy the required wood pellets directly in the house. From the family room, you have access to a conservatory with space for many enjoyable hours. The conservatory also has a sofa bed for two people, so you can arrange the house according to your needs. The house also has two bedrooms; one with a double bed (140x200 cm), the other with a bunk bed with two berths (80x200 cm). There is also an extra mattress under the bunk bed. In addition, there is a separate annex on the property with two additional sleeping places. No rentals to youth or work groups!Only available for family vacations.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
