• Bedroom: Features a brand-new custom queen mattress for restful nights. Also a closet and TV.
• Bathroom: Includes a walk-in shower and modern fixtures.
• Climate Control: Enjoy year-round comfort with heat, heated floors, and air conditioning. You also have built-in screens for windows if you just want to enjoy the fresh mountain air!

• Designed for two guests, the kitchen includes:
o New dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils
o Keurig coffee maker & toaster, small blender for smoothies, full size appliances
o Pots and pans, glass bakeware

A Peaceful, Cozy Retreat Just Minutes from FranklinWe had a truly wonderful stay at this cozy, spotless cabin just minutes from Franklin. From the glowing electric fireplace and generous welcome basket to the detailed guidebook with local tips, everything felt incredibly thoughtful. The decor was beautiful and uplifting, with many small touches that made it feel like home — more than any VRBO we’ve stayed in.We especially appreciated the filtered water, quality cookware, plush bedding, bathroom heater, and peaceful outdoor seating to enjoy breakfast and nature. The cabin was quiet, inviting, and full of heart — the perfect mountain getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The accommodations was very nice, very clean, very well decorated & very well equiped. The owners were very friendly & attentive. We very much enjoyed our stay & very happy the Unit. We would recommend this property.
