About this house rental

This duplex rental home in downtown Franklin is available for rent year round. This vacation home is a two bedroom/one bath upstairs (1500 sq. ft.), and the lower unit is a one bedroom/one bath (1200 sq. ft.) Home is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, museums, and entertainment on the square. Gem mines are as close as 5 minutes away. Next to the house is a four-acre park with basketball court, picnic area, BBQ grills,children’s play gym, and walking paths for dogs. We are child and pet friendly!

Location wasn’t desirable, nor was the parking. A more comfortable interior might make up for that.The host was very accommodating and made every effort to help.
