Stayed bout 5 nights, room is clean and toilet is huge, shower pressure and heater is good.
Just that on certain nights, got people come to wiggle my door handle.
And the building itself downs looks like a hotel, more like motel style from the outlook. Other than that is very convenient to bus station as well as shopping street

I had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Heaven Hotel for a full week (late April to early May) in one of their apartment-style rooms, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring Kathmandu, making sightseeing and transportation incredibly easy, while what truly sets this place apart is the extraordinary staff - from the front desk to housekeeping, every team member went above and beyond with warmth and professionalism that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with excellent amenities including reliable WiFi, consistent hot water, and well-maintained common areas that all exceeded expectations. The breakfast was simple yet delicious - exactly what you need to start your day of exploration, prepared with quality ingredients and care. Considering the level of service, location, and facilities, this hotel offers exceptional value for money where you truly get more than what you pay for. I would absolutely return to Cozy Heaven Hotel and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Kathmandu, as it's rare to find a place that excels in every aspect - service, location, comfort, and value - making our week in Kathmandu truly memorable and special!
