About this house rental
The house is an old 19th-century building spread over three levels, located in the heart of a peaceful village. Renting it allows me to continue improving it gradually. However, you will find all the necessary comfort to enjoy a pleasant stay. You will appreciate its charm, authenticity, and friendly atmosphere.
The holiday home is located in the lower part of the circulade, near the vegetable gardens, with no direct neighbors. A park is accessible on foot within five minutes from the house. There are many hiking opportunities around Lauraguel. We are located in the upper valley, on the old road connecting Carcassonne to Perpignan.
The accommodation, with a surface area of 131 m² over three levels, has a large terrace. It allows the whole family to gather for convivial moments, while also offering everyone the possibility to find a private space to relax, as well as an outdoor summer kitchen.
You will also have access to the summer kitchen on the terrace, ideal for preparing barbecues. The kitchen is equipped, including a cooktop and an electric oven.
The house, being old, continues to improve thanks to the rentals. You will find all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay, in an authentic and friendly setting.
